The Style Room Level System: To reward our stylist for improving their skill, The Style Room employees a level system of pricing for hair services. As the stylist improves their skill through continuing education, we reward them by allowing them to charge higher prices. This allows the guest to control both the level of experience and the amount you desire to spend.

Payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Cash, Check, and Debit Cards. No Gratuities are allowed to be added to credit cards

Cancellations: The service(s) you select are reserved especially for you. The Salon reserves the right to charge in full for services cancelled without a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Punctuality: We will always try our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, please understand the time reserved for you is specific to the service(s) booked. Services may be shortened/changed accordingly. To allow for unhurried service(s), we respectfully request that all guests arrive promptly.

Packages and Groups: Multi-service packages and group reservations must be held with a major credit card or valid gift certificate, which will be charged in the event we are not advised of a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cleanliness: A clean, hygienic environment is of the utmost importance. We disassemble, clean, and sanitize all of our equipment regularly and thoroughly.

Children: To ensure a relaxing atmosphere and the most efficient service, children are not permitted to wait in the service area. All children (12 years and younger) must remain in the reception area with adult supervision. Children’s services are happily provided every day.

Returned Checks: There is a $25 returned check fee for all returned checks.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards: Are exchangeable for other services but are not refundable and have no cash value. Lost or stolen certificates or gift cards cannot be replaced by the Salon.

Cellphones: For the consideration of our guests, we request that cellphone use be limited.

Service: Due to the nature of our service(s), refunds are not available. We proudly stand behind our work and if for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it our attention within seven days of the service and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Prices: Are subject to change and may be affected by hair lengths, texture, operator, etc. The Style Room reserves the right to refuse service.

Personal Information: Information requested is to better serve you and is for salon use only. Personal information is never shared with outside parties and should only be given to front desk personnel to ensure your privacy.

Our Team: We as professionals realize that a change in service provider is refreshing from time to time. Please be assured that our employees are professionals and will not be upset if you decide to make a change...we work as a team!

And remember if you are unhappy with a stylist leave the stylist not the salon.
